Return & Refund Policy

Read carefully before making your purchase.

Order Confirmation

After purchase, you'll receive a confirmation email. Check your Inbox or Spam folder. Contact us if you don't receive it.

Order Cancellation & Modification (<24 Hours)

  • Contact us within 24 hours to cancel or modify your order at support@canuckmaple.com.
  • After 24 hours, production begins and you may:
    • Cancel — 30% charge retained for production costs.
    • Modify — 30% fee applied to new item production; previous item discarded.
    • Change address — we'll try, but cannot guarantee success.
  • Once the order ships, changes or cancellations are not accepted.

Returns, Replacements & Refunds (Within 14 Days of Delivery)

You must contact us within 14 days of delivery (as per tracking info). After that, requests are invalid.

  • Material & Thickness: No refunds if customer is unsatisfied with polyester material or thickness. We’ll consider extreme thinness with video/photo proof.
  • Size/Fit: Refer to size charts before purchase. Customer error hinders refunds—replacement available with additional fee. If product received doesn't match sizing chart, provide measurements and images for replacement/refund.
  • Print Quality: Blurry, faded, or wrong designs qualify for free refund or replacement. Minor misalignments due to cut-and-sew are not eligible.
  • Seam Issues: Valid defective seams qualify for refund or replacement. Note common small white spots at stitch points and slight print misalignment are unavoidable.
  • Personalized Items:
    • Mismatched text/design = refund or free replacement.
    • Misspelled text by customer = replacement with fee.
    • Unanswered confirmation email within 24h = processed without text.
  • Defective or Wrong Item:
    • Delivery damage: refund only if insurance was selected.
    • Wrong item: free replacement.

Undelivered or Returned Packages

  • If not delivered within 60 days (excluding customer error), refund or replacement is available.
  • Incorrect Address: Cancellations/modifications must be within 24h. Courier errors due to wrong address are not refunded, but reship at up to 50% of order.
  • Refused Delivery: We do not refund—replacement with fee applies.
  • Returned to Sender: Contact post office, then email us tracking info so we can assist.
  • PO Boxes: Not responsible for losses to PO Boxes or front-door mailboxes.
  • If package is returned, first reship is free; otherwise refund with 35% handling fee if customer declines reship.

Sale & Custom Items

Regular items: refundable. Sale and custom items: non-refundable, replacements only.

Force Majeure

No refunds for delays due to natural disasters or pandemics. If not received after 5–7 weeks, and not received after 2 months, refund will be issued.

How to Request a Return/Refund/Replacement

  1. Within 7 days of delivery, provide photo/video of product and QR packaging code on flat surface with good lighting.
  2. Email us at support@canuckmaple.com with details and attachments.
  3. We'll respond within 48 hours. You must reply within 7 business days or the case will close.

If Your Request Is Approved

  • Return: Ship item to our warehouse at your cost (trackable). We’ll inspect and process refund or replacement.
  • Replacement: We'll ship a new item at our expense (3–4 weeks delivery).
  • Refund: Processed immediately—appears in 3–5 business days in your account.

Late or Missing Refunds

If refund isn't visible, verify with your bank or card issuer (may take up to 30 days). Then contact us if still missing.

Policy Updates

We may update this policy at any time to prevent abuse or fraud.
