Extra shipping fees may apply for remote areas or large/extra-heavy items. Insurance is optional, but recommended if you’re concerned about lost or stolen packages.
🚚 Carriers
We ship with trusted couriers, including DHL Express, FedEx, USPS, DHL eCommerce, YUN Express, 4PX, and China Post. Select your preference at checkout.
🔁 Order Changes & Returns
You may modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of placement. If a package is undelivered due to incorrect address or failed delivery, we'll resend it at a $14.95 re-shipping fee—and it may take up to 40–45 days.
📫 Tracking & Notifications
Tracking details are emailed within 14 days of order placement. It may take 2–5 days to activate. If you don’t see movement after a week, contact us.
📦 Shipping Destinations
- We ship to a single destination per order.
- PO Boxes accepted via USPS standard only (no insurance; pickup required at post office).
- APO/FPO/DPO addresses currently not supported.
💰 Duties & Taxes
All international duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. We cannot predict local charges. Our customs invoices use nominal values for smoother clearance.
